Shipping policy

At Beyond By MelB LLC, we understand the anticipation that you might have to receive your package after placing an order and would never want your shopping experience to be marred by a shipping issue. We wish we could say that this is unlikely to occur, but from time to time, our customers have experienced extreme delays, mis-delivered, or even lost packages.  We do what we can to assist during these unfortunate instances. 

Beyond By MelB LLC now offers optional shipping insurance, which can be purchased during checkout, to cover packages in the event they are lost in transit or damaged prior to delivery.  If the customer elects not to purchase this insurance, please understand that it is not our obligation to provide refunds or reship the order; however, we will do what we can to provide the best outcome that we can. 

USPS, FEDEX and UPS products and packages may require more time to be delivered due to limited transportation availability as a result of the ongoing COVID-19 impacts. Beyond By MelB LLC  has a 2 week turn around time for our t-shirts unless it is a special order at which that will be discussed with each customer on an individual basis. Most other items are hand crafted so some items take between 2 - 4 weeks for creating.  CAMO, LINE, BOMBER AND VARSITY JACKETS ARE A 8 WEEK PROCESSING TIME. Rush delivery is available for an additional cost. NOTE: Once an item is shipped we are not in control of delivery issues.  We will work with you to help getting the issue resolved, however we are not in control once the item leaves our facility.
